ROS’ Commitment to Patient Satisfaction

ROS partnered with Press Ganey, a national leader in performance improvement, to build on our long-standing commitment to patient satisfaction. We chose Press Ganey because of their technology, benchmarking capabilities and commitment to improving the overall health care experience for patients. The feedback we obtain from our Press Ganey patient Satisfaction Surveys is critical to our mission of providing the best possible care.

Press Ganey awards practices who have sustained a 95th percentile rank for patient satisfaction over a one year period. To receive the award, ROS’ percentile rank did not drop below the 95th percentile at any point during the 2013 and 2014 evaluation years.
