The data analytics allow our doctors and staff to continually chart a path to improving all aspects of the patient experience within our organization.
Press Ganey awards practices who have sustained a 95th percentile rank for patient satisfaction over a one year period. To receive the award, ROS’ percentile rank did not drop below the 95th percentile at any point during the 2013 evaluation year.
